Why we removed our previous offers from the market.
Recent case law has clarified the German legal framework for digital learning and coaching offers. Our previous formats combined structured content, videos, working materials and personal support. Such a combination may fall within Germany’s Distance Learning Protection Act and may require separate approval. We therefore removed our previous offers from the market completely. This is not a retreat, but a deliberate decision in favour of clarity, quality and a legally sound framework for both sides.
How we will work going forward.
Going forward, we work exclusively through individually agreed 1:1 consulting projects. The starting point is always your specific initiative or business. The consulting objective, scope of services, deliverables, communication channels and responsibilities are defined in writing before the project starts. We do not work through a standardised programme or monitor learning success. Documents, analyses or Loom videos are created only when useful for your specific project and our joint implementation. The German legal framework may apply, including for international visitors working with a Germany-based provider.

No. The work is an individually agreed consulting project for your specific business or initiative. The objective, scope, deliverables, communication and responsibilities are defined in writing before the project starts.
Are the Freedom Business Map, Freedom Business System, OCBM, or any other programmes still available?＋
No. Map, System, OCBM, and all other previous standardized programmes have been removed from the market in full and cannot currently be booked or purchased.
I have already spent a lot on programmes. What is different here?＋
You are not buying another learning programme or standard playbook. We work on a concrete project. There are no income promises, artificial scarcity or unnecessary pressure.
How much personal contact is included?＋
We agree this individually in writing before the project starts, including communication channels, response expectations and project check-ins.
What if I need more time?＋
Scope and timeline can be adjusted by mutual written agreement. There is no automatic extension and no surprise charge.
Does this new format guarantee legal certainty?＋
No. It creates more clarity, but labels and website copy do not replace a case-specific legal review. The contract, advertising and actual delivery all matter. Qualified legal counsel is required for a binding assessment.
Can I start anonymously because friends, colleagues, my employer, family or partner might see it?＋
